Abraham survives stewards' inquiry to land feature event for Brassil clan

The father and son combination of Martin and Conor Brassil teamed up to land the prestigious Seamus Mulvaney Crockafotha Handicap Hurdle with Abraham.

The leading on-course layer was obviously not on track, but kudos to the bookie for continuing his sponsorship of the feature event which has carried his name for more than 30 years.

Abraham had to survive a stewards' inquiry after leaning in on runner-up Roi De Dubai after the last, but he won going away and the result was unchanged.
