Progressive filly Mehronissa on Group 1 Sprint Cup trail

This fast improving filly is set to be added at a cost of £15,000 for Saturday's Group 1 32Red Sprint Cup at Haydock after the four-year-old powered up the Al Bahathri under Freddy Tylicki. The daughter of Iffraaj grabbed some black type when scoring at Pontefract last time and is on the up.
Seven HeavensJohn Gosden
The second of Gosden's Frankel runners to score on his debut at Ascot last month has been brought along gently since. The youngster showed the benefit of this patient approach under Robert Havlin on the Al Bahathri and is entered in a 7f conditions contest at Goodwood on Tuesday.
Persona GrataEd Walker
Walker's mare has not had much luck this season, most recently when a close fifth in a Listed race at Clairefontaine but had no such problems on the watered gallop and was back in the car park sharpish. The five-year-old has been handed another French mission in a Listed race at Vichy next week.
