Vazirabad and Siljan's Saga meet again in repeat of 2015

Vazirabad and Siljan’s Saga, who dominated the finish of last year’s Prix-Royal Oak, head the home defence but they are outnumbered by challengers from Britain and Ireland.

The pair pulled five lengths and upwards clear of the rest after a good tussle 12 months ago when the Royal-Oak was staged at its traditional home at Longchamp. If Vazirabad wins again, he will become the third horse to score in successive years, following Westerner and Tac De Boistron.
