Roger Varian's progressive three-year-old Sharja Queen takes a step up in class when she leads a three-horse Newmarket raid on the Group 3 Prix de Flore at Saint-Cloud.

The Pivotal filly gained her first handicap success at Salisbury off a mark of 86, but following a good win from a decent field at Newmarket earlier this month off 102 she is now rated 108 and well worth a chance in this company. She reportedly found the ground too firm when stepping out of handicap company in between and promises to be well suited by Saint-Cloud's easier ground.
