Turret Rocks, whose biggest success came when winning the 2015 Group 2 May Hill Stakes as a two-year-old, is dropped into Listed company by trainer Jim Bolger in an effort to return her to winning ways.

The five-year-old mare has contested only Group races since finishing sixth in this race last year, winning the Group 3 Blue Wind Stakes last spring but not really threatening a repeat in six outings at either Group 2 or Group 1 level.

The chief danger looks to be Ballydoyle representative Clear Skies. The JP McManus-owned mare shone during the winter, winning five race at Dundalk, and was last seen running well in third behind stablemate and Oaks hopeful Bye Bye Baby in the Blue Wind.

A half-sister to Motivator, Clear Skies is the highest rated in the field off 106 and will be partnered by Donnacha O'Brien, who usually gets a good tune out of the five-year-old.

O'Brien's brother Joseph runs Damselfly, likely to go off at a big price, while the Dermot Weld-trained Bella Estrella – unbeaten in her two starts last season – and the Ger Lyons-trained Elegant Pose command respect.

Hoping to catch his rivals on the hop is Harry Rogers. The County Louth-based trainer has enjoyed a good spell, and while the stable's Remarkable Lady has a bit to find on ratings she comes into the race off the back of a cracking third in the Saval Beg Stakes behind Order Of St George last Friday.

Rogers said: "She came out of her race at Leopardstown in great form and we said we’d take our chance. It looks a very good race and if we were to get placed again it would be great. Any rain would help her chance.”
