A seven-race card at Kempton provides the evening entertainment and there is quality among the action with feature status awarded to the Listed 1m4f 32Red Floodlit Stakes (6.00). The meeting begins at 4.30 and here are three horses to look out for . . .

Atty Persse
6.00 Kempton

Last year’s King George V Stakes scorer Atty Persse could be a major player in the Floodlit Stakes after recent wind surgery.

The talented Godolphin-owned four-year-old disappointed when well beaten and eased over 1m6f at Newmarket last time but better can be expected this evening on his all-weather debut.

Roger Charlton’s gelding has 7lb to find with favourite Crowned Eagle on official ratings but it would be no surprise to see him go close.

Fortune And Glory
7.00 Kempton

14313 – the course form of Fortune And Glory at Kempton.

Joe Tuite’s five-year-old is lightly raced for his age and could still be open to improvement, particularly at this track.

Charlie Bishop rides the son of War Front for the first time and they have each-way claims at the very least in the mile handicap.

Broad Appeal
7.30 Kempton

Course form also points to the chances of Broad Appeal in the concluding 1m3f apprentice handicap.

Jonathan Portman’s four-year-old is a two-time winner at Kempton and has been running consistently well on the turf in recent months.

Broad Appeal has the assistance of the in-form Thomas Greatrex in the saddle, who has enjoyed three winners from his last five rides, and everything points to a big run.
