'This looks a good piece of placing - I'll be disappointed if he's beaten'
The Dewhurst takes centre stage at Newmarket. Who wins?
Peter Donohoe, BoyleSports An intriguing race in which my vote goes to Nostrum. He's been deeply impressive on both starts and readily scored last time over course and distance, leaving the impression there was plenty more to come.
David Jennings, Deputy Ireland editor The seven best juveniles I've seen this season are not in it. Little Big Bear, Auguste Rodin, Noble Style, Sakheer, Blackbeard, Al Riffa and the filly Tahiyra are all missing, so Aesop's Fables is the one for me at the prices. If you forget his National Stakes run, which probably came too soon after the Futurity on ground too soft, he would be vying for favouritism.
Jess Stafford, Racing TV I can't see past Nostrum, who looks like he'll be better next year but took his latest run well enough for Sir Michael Stoute to run here. Ryan Moore, who has ridden him twice, isn't one to always stop for interviews, but the fact he wanted to give more insight into this horse at Sandown after his debut was a tip in itself. He looks high class and seems to have the best form too.
