Oli Bell and Neil Mulholland preview the weekend's action
Paul Binfield, Keith Melrose and Maddy Playle give their thoughts
A select field for the Tolworth. Who is your fancy?
Oli Bell, ITV Racing It looks a fascinating race with the top three all impressive to date. My slight preference would be for Son Of Camas, who may be better suited by the way the race unfolds, but in truth I wouldn’t be shocked if any of them won. I’m looking forward to what should be a really competitive contest.
Paul Binfield, Paddy Power Course-and-distance winner Fiddlerontheroof represents Colin Tizzard, who has won two of the last three runnings, but I prefer Hang In There, who brings the best form to the party having landed a Grade 2 at Cheltenham in November. He was always in command there after turning in and he obviously handles soft ground well.
Keith Melrose, betting editor I was deeply impressed with how Hang In There controlled the race at Cheltenham last time, so I’ll side with him. He hasn’t yet handled testing ground at Sandown, which is an advantage Fiddlerontheroof has, but he’s a big horse from a family of French jumpers and mudlarks, so I wouldn’t be overly concerned on that score.
