Ryan Moore has been successful on four of his 12 rides at Navan this season and he will fancy his chances of adding to that impressive record on Investec Oaks favourite Pink Dogwood, a sister of last year's Irish Derby winner Latrobe, in the Listed Irish Stallion Farms EBF Salsabil Stakes (3.40).

A seven-length winner of a Gowran Park maiden on her third start, Pink Dogwood concluded her juvenile campaign by finishing fifth in the Prix Marcel Boussac at Longchamp on Arc day.

O'Brien said: "We're happy with Pink Dogwood. She won over a mile last year and we've always thought stepping up in trip would suit. She has done well."

The trainer is also represented by Chablis, a winner of her only start at two in a Gowran Park maiden, and the 95-rated Credenza.

"Chablis won her only start over seven furlongs at Gowran Park and she, too, should appreciate going up in distance. Credenza was stakes placed over the course at one mile last season and we think going up in distance should suit," O'Brien added.

Speedy Rover ready for sprinting challenge

Sprinting is now the name of the game for The Irish Rover who bids to follow in the footsteps of Washington DC who won the Listed Committed Stakes (3.10) in 2016 for Aidan O'Brien.

With a mark of 105, The Irish Rover is the highest-rated of the Ballydoyle pair. San Andreas, the mount of Donnacha O'Brien, is rated 99 and needs to bounce back after two disappointing displays at Naas and Leopardstown over the last few weeks.

O'Brien said: "We tried The Irish Rover over seven furlongs at Leopardstown a few weeks ago and felt that dropping back to six furlongs would suit him better. San Andreas has had two runs over seven furlongs this year and we think he, too, will be suited by the drop to six furlongs which he won over last season."

Humble bidding to return to form

Stay Humble has disappointed since winning a 3m maiden hurdle at Sligo in August and connections are hoping a return to the track might produce a return to form.

There is prize-money of €30,000 up for grabs in the 2m4f rated hurdle (3.25) at Sligo where Willie Mullins is represented by course maiden hurdle winner, Stay Humble.

Mullins said: "Stay Humble has been disappointing since winning his maiden hurdle and we're hoping a return to the same track might bring about some improvement. He'll be going over fences in the new season and it would be nice if we could get another hurdles win out of him."

Blistering start for Ballydoyle juveniles

Aidan O'Brien's two-year-olds are often slow burners and often need a run or two before breaking their maiden. Not this year.

The Ballydoyle juveniles have made a blistering start to the year, and victory with Tango, the mount of Ryan Moore, or Scholastic, who will be partnered by champion jockey Donnacha O'Brien in the opener (2.05) at Navan would represent the fifth individual two-year-old winner for the stable this season.
