Bookmakers beware! There might be a few punters with suspiciously dodgy handwriting hoping to get two for the price of one in the opening maiden hurdle at Wincanton (2.20) as a couple of runners with near-identical names line up.

Pack It In, a five-year-old gelding trained by Alex Dunn, has remarkably ended up in the same race as Pac It In, a four-year-old filly trained by David Weston.

Addressing the clear potential for confusion, Paddy Power spokesman Paul Binfield said: "Online it will make no difference but in the shops we're going to try to make shop staff aware and suggest customers backing either horse put a number next to their selection.
