Mehmas looking to bow out in style with first Group 1 success

While the rest of the field will be bidding to show their promise for the future, today's Middle Park Stakes will mark the end of Mehmas's brief racing career.

After one season connections have sold a 50 per cent stake in the colt to the owners of Tally-Ho Stud in Ireland, where he will head to begin another career, preferably with a Group 1 victory under his belt.

The son of Acclamation, who races for Al Shaqab, has recorded a pair of Group 2 successes and has never finished outside the first two in seven starts.
