Intisaab out to repeat Scurry feat and has Frankie on board this time

Intisaab is back to defend the crown he swooped late to snatch last year and this time around the evergreen sprinter has the services of Frankie Dettori.

Not only that but he is running off a mark 2lb lower than the one he was successful off 12 months ago so there are certainly plenty of positives.

Two of the last three runnings have gone for export as the Michael Easterby-trained Perfect Pasture was successful in 2016.

Buffer Zone returns to the scene of his Irish debut success. The strapping son of Bated Breath was formerly in the care of Roger Charlton, but was snapped up for 50,000gns by his current connections and it looked a shrewd purchase at the Irish Derby festival as he dug deep to land a valuable sprint handicap.

The handicapper has had his say and handed him an 8lb penalty, but will it be enough to stop him from supplementing that success?

He won over five furlongs last time and we think the longer trip will suit. He's in good form and hopefully they won't get much rain as that would be a disadvantage.
