Who wins the Staying Chase Final (2.40) at Haydock?

Daniel Collins, Betfair Christian Williams has a couple of interesting runners at the foot of the weights and neither would have to be a star to be well handicapped. Preference is for bottom weight Defuture Is Bright, who was raised only 2lb for his Fakenham win and is unexposed over fences.

James Hill, tipster You have to side with the Skeltons and Debece, who will be much better for his outing at Sandown last time. That was a first start for his new yard having also had a break and a wind operation, and he jumped super in cheekpieces. Given he was clearly the best horse in the race, a 2lb rise still leaves him on a nice rating of 132, especially when you consider his last winning mark was 9lb higher.

Jimmy Moffatt, trainer Dan Skelton’s Debece can be taken on. I would go with Tom George’s horse Sumkindofking. He won going away from a decent field at Taunton the other day and has a 10lb claimer riding, which puts him 13lb well in with the handicapper.
