Harry Bentley, Nick Luck and Keith Melrose join the Saturday jury
Pietro Innocenzi and Ladbrokes' Matt Trounce also give their thoughts
Nice and easy to begin with: who wins the big sprint handicap at York (3.35)?
Harry Bentley, jockey I ride Dave Dexter so I’m hoping we win it! He ran okay last time and he likes soft ground so I think he can put in a decent performance. In terms of rivals it’s hard to pick out anyone specific as there are so many unexposed, improving horses in there. We’ll give it our best shot and hopefully come out on top.
Pietro Innocenzi, tipster I backed Moraawed earlier in the week. He looked a sprinter with a big future when making up ground to collar Dazzling Dan on his handicap debut at Doncaster and not much went right for him in a race won by the same rival at Newmarket last month. Despite reservations over whether this will be his track, he is worth another chance with blinkers going on.
Nick Luck, Racing TV presenter Victory Day needs to take a big step up but he was impressive at Ripon on an easy surface and I like the booking of Jamie Spencer in a big-field sprint handicap for a stable that has a good record in this type of race.
