Grozny well-placed to strike back over hurdles

Ivan Grozny heads the seven-runner cast for this event named after the great triple Champion Hurdle winner and the Willie Mullins-trained six-year-old will be attempting to follow up his 11-length win in the Grade 3 Grimes Hurdle over today's course and distance in July when he made all the running.
A 14-length winner on the Flat at the Galway festival on his most recent start, Andrea and Graham Wylie's versatile performer was a leading fancy for the Ebor Handicap until being ruled out of the York event the day before the race after being found to be lame.
