Adam Ryan, son of and assistant to Kevin Ryan, trainer of Brando and Goken
Brando is bouncing. He's been very progressive all year. Last time he bumped into a very good filly in Mecca's Angel but he'd also had three very quick runs. He has to take another step forward but there's no reason to think the improvement has stopped. Rain would be ideal, both horses have form with cut in the ground. Goken didn't get much of a run in the July Cup and just didn't handle Goodwood last time. There's a good race in him.

Charlie Hills, trainer of Cotai Glory and Silver Rainbow
Cotai Glory has been fine since Goodwood, when he was unlucky in the King George Stakes. He was carried across the track and got struck into, but it hasn't been a problem. I really do think he'll be in the shake-up - he's got a race like this in him. Silver Rainbow was covered by our former inmate Cable Bay in May and has thrived since. I think she's an improving filly.
