Minella Indo proved himself the top staying chaser last season with a Cheltenham Gold Cup masterclass and his road to a repeat bid begins this weekend at Down Royal.
Don Cossack, winner of this race in 2015, is the last horse to have won it on his way to plundering the Gold Cup, and the imposing Henry de Bromhead-trained performer is a standout on all known form.
