Saeed Bin Suroor is set to send over six runners for five big-money races
Saeed Bin Suroor is looking to resume winning ways on Saturday not only in Britain but also at the international meeting in Turkey, where he has an impressive record in recent years.
Godolphin’s trainer has been blighted by an infection in his Newmarket stables which saw him close down operations last month but he will be hoping to repeat his 2014 exploits when he won Saturday’s Group 3 Istanbul Trophy and the local Group 2 France Galop-FRBC Anatolia Trophy.
Bin Suroor's Basem faces four rivals in the 1m2f Antolia Trophy on Polytrack including George Baker’s globetrotting veteran Belgian Bill, who is ridden by Fergus Sweeney.
