Everything you need for the eight bank holiday meetings
What better way to enjoy the glorious weather on a bank holiday Monday than a trip to the races.
Racegoers are spoilt for choice today with eight meetings in Britain and Ireland and track officials will be bracing themselves for bumper attendances on one of the busiest days of the year.
If you're dodging the traffic and staying at home with the barbecue, you can keep track of all the action in Britain with Flat fixtures at Beverley, Windsor and Bath, and jumps cards at Warwick, Kempton and Ayr, on our Raceday Live page.
The classiest racing takes place at Naas with four Group/Listed races headlined by the Group 2 Coolmore Camelot Irish EBF Mooresbridge Stakes (3.55) where Investec Derby runner-up Cliffs Of Moher bids to end a 12-month losing run.
A jumps meeting at Down Royal completes the Irish fare, while Charlie Appleby (Glorious Journey) and Ed Dunlop (Alternative Fact) have runners in the Group 3 Prix de Guiche (1.20) at Chantilly.

Final thought
There will be poignant scenes at Beverley with the first staging of the Mark Birch Memorial Handicap (3.05). The race was the brainchild of Birch's daughter Jill Boak and commemorates the former top northern jockey and regular rider of the great Sea Pigeon, who died aged 67 in 2016.
