Ebor hero Martin eyes more Knavesmire joy with Landsman

Tony Martin returns to the scene of his Ebor victory, with Landsman biding to give the County Meath trainer more success on the Knavesmire in the Channel 4-televised stanjames.com Handicap over the one-mile-six-furlong Ebor trip.

Martin secured Europe's richest Flat handicap with Heartbreak City in August and relies on new recruit Landsman in the £50,000 handicap for three-year-olds, with champion apprentice Tom Marquand booked to ride.

"We haven't had him long but he seems a nice horse," said Martin of the former Johnny Murtagh-trained gelding. "We're quite happy with him and he looks a nice prospect.
