Market Rasen hosts the first of four new Listed chases announced by the BHA over the summer in an attempt to further boost the programme for mares.

The Bud Booth Mares' Chase (2.45) – named after Market Rasen's long-serving chairman – is run over just shy of three miles and has attracted a field of six, three of whom are rated in excess of 130.
