Tony Coyle faces an emotional evening at Beverley with the first running of a race in memory of the Malton trainer’s partner Jaimie Kerr, who died last year at the age of 38.

His stable has four of the 14 runners in the 5f handicap tonight and Coyle admits: “It will be a tough night for me but it’s nice to remember Jaimie, who was an unbelievable person.

“She did absolutely everything for our yard and is badly missed every day.”
