You won't be surprised to hear Willie Mullins has won three of the last five runnings of this Grade 1 heat; you might be surprised to hear that in each of those three years he was responsible for the beaten favourite as well.

Min was 8-13 when beaten by Un De Sceaux in 2019, while Douvan was 4-5 when beaten by the same horse the year before. Champagne Fever was sent off the 3-1 market leader in 2017 but could only finish fifth to Felix Yonger.
