At long last it’s time for the talking to stop and for the action to begin.

I start with one of my best chances of the entire week, Ballyandy, who is a couple of points shorter in the Grade 1 Sky Bet Supreme Novices’ Hurdle (1.30) betting now than he was a few days ago when Moon Racer and Movewiththetimes were still entered.

While his chance has obviously been boosted by the non-appearance of that talented pair, there are still 14 runners declared, and they include the Willie Mullins challenger Melon.
