All you need to start your day including going from Bangor and Southwell
Despite a quintet of meetings in Britain and Ireland, there is oddly no Flat racing this afternoon as Bangor and Southwell host jumps fixtures.
The key horse of the day could be Sandown winner Lush Life, who makes the long journey from Lambourn to Newcastle (7.20) in search of a win which would likely guarantee the progressive four-year-old a spot in the Royal Hunt Cup.
There is also evening racing on the Polytrack at Lingfield, while the Irish action comes from Tipperary.

Final thought
Lush Life, a general 16-1 shot for the Royal Hunt Cup, will almost certainly need a penalty to make the cut at the royal meeting, so it makes sense for connections to seek another win. The last time a mark of 94 made the cut in the race was 2012.
