All you need to know on a fine Friday including going from all the tracks

Racing takes place in six different venues on an interesting Friday with the pick of the action taking place at Newmarket on the second day of their Cambridgeshire meeting.

The Group 2 Shadwell Joel Stakes (3.35) takes centre stage with Queen Anne winner Accidental Agent bidding to bounce back from a below par run in the Prix Jacques le Marois.

Further Group 2 honours are up for grabs in the Rockfel Stakes (3.00) where two-year-old fillies Just Wonderful and Main Edition renewal battle after meeting in the Moyglare Stud Stakes twelve days ago.

The Group 3 Royal Nayef Stakes (2.25) promises to be another intriguing contest and Sir Michael Stoute will hope that we haven't yet seen the best of his Frankel filly Sun Maiden. The seven race card concludes with the Silver Cambridgeshire (5.15) which acts as a consolation prize to the feature heritage handicap on Saturday.

Further domestic action takes place at Haydock in the afternoon and at Newcastle on the all-weather in the evening. Jumps fans can indulge in racing at Worcester and there are two meetings in Ireland with Downpatrick's National Hunt card followed by Flat racing under the lights at Dundalk.
