With just one day until racing returns to Cheltenham, jumps fans have a day to savour with action across three tracks.

Carlisle's seven-race card has attracted an excellent assortment of runners, with talented hurdlers Delire D'Estruval and Stowaway Magic clashing in the beginners' chase (2.30).

The smart Drinks Interval won the Mares' Novice Hurdle on Ludlow's card last season, and a good field contest this year's race (3.20). A six-race fixture at Southwell completes the jumping action.

Flat fans have two meetings to get stuck – at Thurles in the afternoon and then an evening offering on the all-weather at Chelmsford.
