Two course-and-distance winners with very different profiles clash in the feature hurdle race on the first card of the autumn at Aintree.
Ubak has scored twice at the Grand National meeting as he won the Grade 2 Mersey Novices' Hurdle over this 2m4f here in 2013 and, having broken down later that year, made a triumphant return to land the 3m handicap hurdle last spring.
