Popular racing photographer passes away

Popular and well-known racing photographer Liam Healy snr has died at the age of 71.

A native of Listowel, he is the father of Pat and Liam jnr, who run the Healy Racing photography business, which covers all Irish racing and point-to-points, along with his daughter Cathy. He also has another daughter, Lisa.

Healy died peacefully at Bons Secours Hospital, Tralee yesterday morning surrounded by his family.
