O'Brien sets Minding on collision course with colts at Leopardstown

Minding will take on the colts for the first time at Leopardstown on Saturday after Aidan O'Brien revealed his leading lady will contest the Qipco Irish Champion Stakes rather than the Matron Stakes earlier on the card.

O'Brien's attack on the Saturday showpiece will be dominated by fillies as Found will join Minding in the line-up. Highland Reel is expected to complete the Ballydoyle challenge in the €1.25 million event.

"We're looking at the Irish Champion Stakes for Minding and, if all goes well with her over the next few days, that's where she will turn up," O'Brien said.
