Farewell and good luck to Jeremy Noseda, the Classic-winning trainer who is set to hand in his licence after saddling two horses at Royal Ascot later this month.

Noseda was not always the biggest fan of the racing press and a conversation with the trainer could result in a good old rollicking as much as it could provide enlightening insight and entertainment.

Indeed, the imminent retirement of Noseda allowed members of the press room to indulge in some nostalgia relating to times they were not in the trainer's good books.
