National hero Noble Yeats enters rare territory with a reappearance in France

Noble Yeats, the Grand National's youngest winner for over 80 years, is set to buck another long-standing trend at Auteuil on Saturday by becoming the first horse since 1965 to make his next appearance in France after claiming the world's most famous race at Aintree.

Emmet Mullins has never been afraid to exploit international opportunities with his string, and Noble Yeats has been confirmed to make his comeback in an unorthodox contest for an Aintree winner. He tackles the Prix Heros XII at Auteuil, a Grade 3 chase over 2m6f.

With history-making amateur jockey Sam Waley-Cohen memorably retiring with a win aboard his father Robert's star chaser at Aintree, French champion jockey James Reveley has been called up for the marquee ride in Saturday's €145,000 contest.
