'McCoy was wincing - it was extraordinary': Ed Chamberlin joins the Monday panel
James Stevens and Patrick Kennelly also join Maddy Playle for the show
Cheltenham November Meeting & Morgiana Hurdle Review | Betfair Chase Tips | Racing Postcast
Special guest Ed Chamberlin joins James Stevens and Patrick Kennelly to review a dramatic week in the world of racing.
The ITV anchor gives his views on working with Ruby Walsh and Sir Anthony McCoy, the best performances from Cheltenham and why racing must remain positive in these trying times.
Ed doesn't agree with all of the criticism in a week when a jockey heartbreakingly failed to weigh in on live TV, a photo-finish was furiously contested and all but one rider was disqualified after a misunderstanding at Fontwell.
The team have their say on who emerged from the Morgiana Hurdle in the best light, analyse a plethora of promising novice chasers – including one McCoy 'absolutely loved' – and discuss how it felt watching Coole Cody bulldoze the field in the Paddy Power Gold Cup in front of empty grandstands.
James and Patrick pick out horses to follow and join Ed in previewing Saturday's Betfair Chase at Haydock, where last year's winner Lostintranslation will continue his rivalry with top-class chasers Bristol De Mai and Clan Des Obeaux.
