Fans of Lincoln City can enjoy a special concession whether their team wins, loses or draws in Saturday's FA Cup quarter-final clash with Arsenal, with cut-price admission to Sunday's race meeting at Market Rasen.

Anyone entering the Tattersalls enclosure sporting a Lincoln City shirt will pay only half-price admission, which has been cut to £8 instead of the on-the-day price of £16.

Market Rasen general manager Nadia Powell said: "Watching the team’s progress through the FA Cup this season has been a huge thrill. It’s a tough ask against the Premier League stars of Arsenal, but they could just do it against a team smarting from their Champions League exit.

"However, whether Lincoln City’s supporters are celebrating an historic triumph at the Emirates Stadium or thinking about what might have been, they are all very welcome to have an affordable and exciting day out at the races on Sunday."

The meeting is the second of four designated 'Super Sunday' fixtures when all three enclosures at the racecourse – County, Tattersalls and Lawn – will be open.
