Lynch facing up to two months off with broken arm

Andrew Lynch is well known for his glass-half-full attitude and that outlook is being tested once again as he faces up to two months on the sidelines with a broken arm.

The 20-time Grade 1 winner with an insatiable work ethic suffered the injury when the Henry de Bromhead-trained Idee Emery fell in the mares' maiden hurdle at Cork on Sunday.

Lynch, who has already missed nearly six weeks of the season with a fractured elbow following a fall at Tramore in May, is unsure how long he will be sidelined for, but his response is typically positive.
