Reynolds on Presenting Percy: 'Pat sent me a video of him on Wednesday and I have to say he looked great. He really does look terrific.'

Presenting Percy's owner Philip Reynolds says serious consideration will be given to coughing up a £10,000 supplementary fee for Kempton's 32Red King George VI Chase if conditions closer to home are not suitably soft.

Reynolds stressed that Leopardstown's Savills Chase on December 28 remains the favoured option for his Magners Cheltenham Gold Cup favourite's belated reappearance, yet the prospect of a mouthwatering King George clash with the likes of Bristol De Mai, Might Bite and Native River two days earlier is not being ruled out for the seven-year-old.
