Three runners to note under the lights at Kempton tonight
For the second time this week Kempton stages an eight-race card in the evening. Here are three runners it could be worth noting.
Nothing went right for this filly on her debut at Newmarket and it would be no surprise if she were a different proposition this time around.
Green in the preliminaries, Ever Changing also showed her inexperience during the race as she was very slowly away before enduring traffic problems.
While she was never a factor in ninth, the form of that race is working out already, with the fifth, Vivid Diamond, successful at Nottingham next time, and she is bred to be useful.
Favourite Cenotaph is in tremendous form, but Gulliver's previous visit to the track resulted in a course and distance success, and he is well-treated at the weights in this conditions race.
The four-year-old thrives on the all-weather, with three wins from eight starts, and should have come on from his recent reappearance at Chelmsford last month, having been off since April.
Although this filly hasn't won for over a year, she has been in good heart and ran well over course and distance last time when second.
Chica De La Noche tried to make all that day and was run down late on, but she has a prime draw to repeat those tactics from stall two. If able to get away, she might prove hard to catch.
