Lah Ti Dar 'absolutely bouncing' as team eye Champions Day compensation

Gallant St Leger runner-up Lah Ti Dar has come out of Doncaster "absolutely bouncing" as connections look to gain compensation on Qipco British Champions Day at Ascot next month.

The John Gosden-trained filly was put in her place by the battle-hardened Kew Gardens in the world's oldest Classic but has taken the exertions in her stride.

"She's come out of the St Leger absolutely bouncing, as if she didn't have a race, and everybody is very happy with her," said Simon Marsh, racing manager to Lah Ti Dar's owners Lord and Lady Lloyd-Webber.
