Keatley: Francis taught me everything I know about racing

Adrian Keatley says everything he knows about racing is down to Francis Flood.

Keatley, who sent out Jet Setting to win the Irish 1,000 Guineas in May, spent much of his youth working in Flood's Grangecon yard and puts his recent success down to what he was taught there.

"I started riding out for Francis when I was just 13 and back then Francis himself was still riding out. The Floods were neighbours of mine for a long time and I learned pretty much everything I know about racing from them. It is very sad to see a legend like him pass away.
