ITV Racing tips: one key runner from each of the six races on ITV4 on Thursday
1.10 Leopardstown
BeattheBank.ie Irish EBF Mares Hurdle (Grade 3), 2m4f
Gordon Elliott has yet to win this race as a trainer, but the consistent Queens Brook has a huge chance of changing that. She landed a Listed race at Punchestown last month and has failed to finish outside the top three in each of her 11 starts. The Willie Mullins pairing of Shewearsitwell and Braganza pose obvious threats.
SPOTLIGHT TIP: Queens Brook
Recent Punchestown winner; Grade 1-placed in the past so very solid at this level
1.45 Leopardstown
Neville Hotels Novice Chase (Grade 1), 3m
Gaillard Du Mesnil returns for a second crack at a Grade 1 this season after finishing behind Mighty Potter in the Drinmore. Three Stripe Life is the main danger as Elliott has triumphed in this race in four of the last five years. Frontal Assault is also a potential contender for this contest.
SPOTLIGHT TIP: Gaillard Du Mesnil
Chased home Mighty Potter in the Drinmore, longer trip should help his cause
2.20 Leopardstown
Matheson Hurdle (Grade 1), 2m
Ante-post favourite State Man has been discussed as the biggest danger to Constitution Hill's unbeaten record and looks to add to his Morgiana success from last month. Mullins will also saddle Sharjah, who has won this race four times, and Triumph Hurdle winner Vauban.
SPOTLIGHT TIP: Sharjah
Should improve on Morgiana form in his bid to win this for an unprecedented fifth time
2.40 Doncaster
bet365 Handicap Chase, 3m
Listed winner Gesskille is dropping in trip for this and last featured when running home in second in the Becher Chase at Haydock. Boldmere has course-and-distance success after winning this race in 2019.
SPOTLIGHT TIP: Storm Control
Respectable effort over inadequate trip last time and ran really well over C&D in January
2.55 Leopardstown
I.N.H. Stallion Owners EBF Novice Handicap Hurdle, 2m4f
The Emmet Mullins-trained Hardy Bloke is attempting to break his maiden at the 11th attempt, while favourite Green Glory is yet to win over obstacles. Spirit Of Legend won over the same distance at Navan last month and is a player for the Henry de Bromhead and Rachael Blackmore team.
SPOTLIGHT TIP: Green Glory
Has enough hurdling experience to be considered a live possibility in his first handicap
3.10 Doncaster
bet365 Yorkshire Silver Vase mares' Chase (Listed), 2m4f
Last year's winner Zambella is eyeing a second successive Listed victory having scored impressively at Carlisle in November. Annie Mc has lost to Zambella in each of her previous three starts, but reopposes once more, while the Emma Lavelle-trained Jemima P has demonstrated consistent form.
SPOTLIGHT TIP: Zambella
Won this last year and landed sixth Listed win at Carlisle last time; leading claims
