ITV Racing tips: one key runner from each of the five ITV races on Thursday
1.50 York
Sky Bet Lowther Stakes, 6f
Dramatised is the apple of Karl Burke's eye and the Queen Mary winner bids to maintain her unbeaten record ahead of potential Group 1 targets. Mawj was a game Group 2 scorer at Newmarket last time and is the biggest threat along with Irish raider Matilda Picotte.
SPOTLIGHT TIP: QUEEN ME
Won at Haydock on debut; dam, granddam and great-granddam won this race; very interesting
2.25 York
Goffs UK Harry Beeby Premier Yearling Stakes, 6f
Richard Hannon has won four of the last six runnings of this race and his sole entry Shouldvebeenaring commands plenty of respect. Amo Racing also hold a strong hand with Metahorse and Remarkable Force, the latter wearing cheekpieces for the first time.
SPOTLIGHT TIP: DARE TO HOPE
Good second off top weight in C&D nursery last time; has solid claims on favourable terms
3.00 York
Clipper Logistics Handicap, 1m
Cruyff Turn is unbeaten over this course and distance and was far from disgraced in the Bunbury Cup last time. The hat-trick-seeking Orbaan remains well treated on past form and is a big danger alongside the consistent, if not frustrating, Echo Point.
SPOTLIGHT TIP: BLUE FOR YOU
Second in the Golden Mile at Goodwood despite having to be switched; key player
3.35 York
Darley Yorkshire Oaks, 1m4f
Alpinista returned this year with a fourth straight Group 1 success in the Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud and is the star attraction on the card as she builds up towards a tilt at the Arc. Classic-winning three-year-olds Tuesday and Magical Lagoon can provide the most potent threats.
SPOTLIGHT TIP: ALPINISTA
Won three Group 1s over 1m4f in Germany last term; added Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud in July
4.10 York
British EBF & Sir Henry Cecil Galtres Stakes, 1m4f
Haskoy was impressive on debut at Wolverhampton and is a smart prospect, but she faces two far more experienced rivals in the Listed-placed Golden Lyra and Mimikyu, who posted a big RPR when scoring on handicap debut at Newmarket.
SPOTLIGHT TIP: MIMIKYU
Beat Time Lock (gave 6lb) at Haydock and impressively made all in 1m4f handicap at Newmarket
