Ben Pauling's "revelation" of a season could hit new heights this weekend with the yard boasting two strong contenders for Saturday's Wigley Group Classic Chase.

The trainer, who is enjoying a career-best campaign with 60 winners at a strike-rate of 24 per cent, is set to saddle Nestor Park in Warwick's marathon contest and he may be joined by stablemate Slipway, who won the Highland and Southern Nationals on his last two starts.

The pair are general 8-1 chances for the race and although Slipway also has the option of the 3m handicap chase (1.30) at Kempton the same day, Pauling would prefer to be doubly represented as he bids for his first Classic Chase success.
