'It will be ten times harder' - Dan Skelton wants trainers' title next season

One down, one to go. The Skeltons quest to reach the pinnacle of jump racing cleared one obstacle on Thursday when Harry reached an unassailable lead in the jockeys' championship.

Now his brother Dan is setting his sights on the monumental task of overthrowing Paul Nicholls and Nicky Henderson as the country's leading trainer.

Nicholls, for whom Skelton was previously assistant, and Henderson have shared the last 16 champion trainer titles between them, but their duopoly at the top is coming under increasing threat from Skelton, who split the pair to take second place for the first time this season.
