Sir Dragonet Cox Plate win leaves Eustace family celebrating around the world

The victory of Sir Dragonet in Saturday's Group 1 Cox Plate was an extra special moment for successful co-trainer David Eustace as his family in Newmarket were key players in the story.

Eustace, who joined forces with Ciaron Maher in 2018, was on hand to welcome back the Irish import after he made his first Australian start a winning one at the expense of Armory at Moonee Valley.

David's father, Newmarket trainer James, and his brother Harry housed and then quarantined Sir Dragonet before his shipment to Australia at the beginning of this month.
