Exosphere has undergone a change of name to avoid confusion as he is prepared by new connections for the Emirates Melbourne Cup.

Fifth in the Juddmonte International for Sir Michael Stoute when last seen, the four-year-old has since been purchased by Australian owners and moved to the care of Lee and Anthony Freedman.

He will now race under the name Exospheric as there is a Group 1-winning sprinter by the name of Exosphere already in Australia.
