Abu Dhabi: Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Jewel Crown (Group 1) 1m, Purebred Arabians

Cosmopolitan breeding, rearing and training scooped the world’s richest race for Purebred Arabian horses, as Al Shamoos, trained at Pau in France by Charles Gourdain, scooted clear of a high-class field on the home turn and held off the late challenge of Fazza Al Khalediah, from Poland, by a length.
