Indomitable Koukash pulling no punches as big fight looms

After years of beating up his rivals around Chester racecourse, owner Marwan Koukash has taken things a step further by arranging a fight with another owner this year.

Now before the bosses at the BHA leap into action, the fight is a charity boxing match set to take place between Koukash, owner of the Salford Red Devils rugby league team, and Derek Beaumont, owner of fellow rugby league team Leigh Centurions.

Notwithstanding the event's charity status, neither pugilist has refrained from the usual pre-fight trash talk as they build up to the big event on October 6, the eve of the rugby league Grand Final.
