Thirsk trainer Geoff Harker is "very lucky to be alive" after a frightening plunge through a roof that left his wife thinking he was dead.
He is back at home now and was able to watch on television as Eldelbar gave the 12-horse yard its first winner for two and a half months at Catterick on Wednesday.
But Harker, 55 and with two daughters, faces a long process of recovery after suffering multiple injuries in a fall last weekend.
