Japan duel for big two

Ryan Moore and Andrea Atzeni are both in action in the Grade 1 Mile Championship at Kyoto (6.40am Sunday GMT).

Moore partners last-time-out Grade 3 winner Air Spinel for trainer Kazuhide Sasada, while Atzeni is on board Black Moon for trainer Katsuichi Nishiura. Black Moon would appear to have a lot to do to get the better of Air Spinel, as he finished six and a half lengths behind Moore's mount last time.
