'His work is scintillating' - Ahoy Senor flying ahead of Bravemansgame clash
A "scintillating" piece of work by Ahoy Senor on Saturday has Lucinda Russell fired up for his Kempton Boxing Day showdown with Bravemansgame, and what his trainer hopes will be the next step on his path to stardom.
The six-year-old was a breathtaking 31-length winner of the Grade 2 John Francome Novices' Chase at Newbury last time and has reportedly stepped forward again in his homework at his base in Scotland.
Ahoy Senor was one of six entries for the Ladbrokes Kauto Star Novices' Chase (1.55) at Kempton made on Monday, setting up a second clash with Paul Nicholls' ace prospect.
